The INSIGHTS MDI® model can describe over 60 individual
types and over 500 personality profiles, also with the help
of online-supported procedures.
The instrument can be used to measure people's behavioral
preferences objectively, reliably and validly. The behavioral
diagnosis is based on a questionnaire that is evaluated with the
help of an online tool. Further differentiation is achieved by
integrating twelve motivators and a model that takes up the
aspect of emotional intelligence in order to be able to assess
people's behavioral preferences even better.
The practical significance of the model comes about because
it distinguishes those four color or basic types, for the
description of which numerous catchy metaphors are used.
