Vogelhuber, Scheelen - What people really want

                    • Due to his open and proactive nature, the sunny yellow
type often seems pushy to other people, moreover, a
certain naivety and superficiality can not be denied.
                    • The earth-green type has problems to react to changes in
a measured way - he prefers to avoid them. His fear of
change and thus of risks leads him to a rather negative
attitude, his steadfastness can lead to stubbornness.
                    • The ice-blue type with his meticulous manner often seems
fastidious to the point of pettiness. His attention to detail
leads to a limitation of his ability to act, and he tends to
                       paint in black and white.

Knowledge of these four basic types provides an initial means of
assessing yourself and other people - but you should always
be aware of the relativity of such an assessment. Here is an
example: The employee Müller belongs to the ice-blue type
and is very meticulous, orderly and knowledgeable. Colleague
Schmidt, on the other hand, can be described as a slob. The
employee Huber is - as far as his love of order is concerned -
in between the two. How would the ice-blue employee Müller
and the fiery-red chaotic Schmidt judge their common colleague
Huber? Mr. Müller would probably describe Mr. Huber as a
disorderly person, while Ms. Schmidt would call him a pedant.
Of course, both are right - everyone views colleague Huber
through his or her individual and subjectively colored glasses.
Both evaluate the colleague from their own point of view and
come to different conclusions - depending on how they see
themselves. You should always take this into account in your
                   own assessments!
