"If you want to captivate your readers right from the start, get in
with a colorful inspirational image. Explain with bright colors and
motivating language images what great implementation
successes can be achieved if you succeed in addressing each
person on their individual channel." - You can imagine what this
trainer would think of that dryly factual ZDF introduction....

You can see what we are getting at: If you have a method for
recognizing who you are dealing with, you can meet people
exactly where they are. If you know why people are the way
they are and why they react the way they do, you can adjust
your communicative behavior accordingly. And you can
choose a book introduction that captivates the reader.
Our experience is that those who can assess themselves
and who are also able to read and assess other people,
i.e. who have self-knowledge and knowledge of people,
increase their communicative competence.
Of course, in a book it is difficult to respond to the individual
reader and to address his or her particular world of
imagination. Especially since we hope that our book will be
read by as many different people as possible. However, in
discussions and dialogs with customers, employees,
managers, and recruiters, there are tremendous advantages if
you have a method or a model with which you can
