               The strengths and weaknesses of the motivator


               His  ability  is  to  win  others  over  to  the  goals  he  has  set  for
               himself.  He  likes  to  lead  other  people.  But  not  by  giving  them
               instructions,  but  by  pulling  them  along.  This  is  because  he  has
               great  relational  strength.  He  has  his  goals  or  those  of  his
               company clearly in mind and is determined to achieve them. He
               wants to make his own decisions, but he involves others in the
               process.

               The Motivator can relate very well to other people. This is a very
               good prerequisite for successful customer contacts. He has great
               intuition and the ability to listen. Both enable him to understand
               other people and quickly find out how to deal with them in order
               to  achieve  his  goals.  He  easily  wins  the  sympathy  of  other
               people. He is very eloquent and can convince others excellently.
               He  has  a  tremendously  positive  charisma  that  is  transmitted  to
               others.
