               He  has  relationship  strength  and  does  the  best  work  when  he
               has  clear  instructions  and  a  manageable  and  consistent
               environment.  He  is  reliable  and  does  his  work  loyally.  The
               supporter needs time to get in contact with other people, but then
               he is ready to work selflessly and enga- gently for them.
