4 - Profiling³: "What do I make of it?" - Linking the profiling approach with personality diagnostic tool

cheerful person full of ideas, plans and ideas. He bubbles with
energy and loves to perform and speak in front of many
people. With his eloquence, Inspirator wins others over to his
ideas and to himself. He is affable, friendly and humorous. He
can captivate and entertain his audience, engaging them with
his charm and wit. He likes to be in the spotlight, the more
listeners he has, the better. He does not know stage fright or
self-doubt, he is full of optimism and basically assumes that he
               can win others over.

When he feels inspired, he can create unique ideas or paint
visions. He does not see the problems, but always the
opportunities and possibilities. But the implementation of the
ideas is not the Inspirator's business. He is erratic and gets
bogged down in his many activities. Thus, many of his good
ideas fizzle out. His optimism leads him to see the reality
sometimes too rosy and to underestimate the consequences
of emerging difficulties. In addition, he always wants to meet
new people; he does not value intensive, deep friendships.

An Inspirator is motivated by new projects, new acquaintances,
new ideas. He likes to have a free space in which he can
               organize his time himself.
