                   The strengths and weaknesses of the consultant


                   He  thinks  about  others  and  the  team,  is  concerned  about
                   harmony and balance of interests. He is a family man. The job is
                   by  far  not  everything  for  him.  He  is  very  warm-hearted  and
                   devoted to other people. He has great strength in relationships.
                   He  also  comes  into  contact  with  others  easily,  but  is  genuinely
                   interested in them, listens and tries to understand them and their
                   concerns  exactly.  As  a  result,  he  builds  up  intensive  customer
                   contacts in an almost playful way.


                   The  consultant  is  a  good  team  worker  who  embraces  the
                   team's goals and works hard to achieve them. He likes to fit in
                   and  is  absolutely  loyal.  He  also  performs  his  tasks
                   conscientiously  and  is  committed  to  a  good  working
                   atmosphere.  However,  he  does  not  like  to  take  on  the  final
                   responsibility.  He  therefore  wants  a  sales  manager  who
                   determines the broad guidelines to which he willingly submits.
                   If he has to work too independently, he becomes insecure.


                   If he is personally disappointed by people, he never forgets it. He
                   puts his own interests before the interests
