4 - Profiling³: "What do I make of it?" - Linking the profiling approach with personality diagnostic tool

and his environment, but also to himself. He makes value work
               - and that takes time. The coordinator goes about his work with a
great deal of discipline and care, which he carries out in a
precise and structured manner. Rarely do others find errors in
his work, as he checks it until it is flawless. He likes to tinker and
look for solutions to complex problems.

He is definitely interested in contacts with people - but only a
few. He is highly committed to them. He is very helpful and
reliable. He expresses criticism and objections diplomatically,
so as not to hurt others. He needs time for his work. Thus, he
runs the risk of getting lost in details. Confronted with stress or
chaos, he becomes nervous. The coordinator is afraid of being
taken advantage of by others and must first slowly overcome
this mistrust. He does not like to take on responsibility beyond
               his immediate project work.

He needs a stable environment that involves few changes.
Challenging tasks in which he can contribute his expert
knowledge motivate him, as does the prospect of having enough
               time to do so.
