          In July of 2015 Purity Life launched its NEW company intranet site.
          It has been proven that high performing organizations make employee communications a priority because an
          engaged workforce makes for a more successful organization that is why Purity Life has invested time and
          resources into this initiative. In line with Purity Life’s values of transparency and collaboration the intranet site will
          be a source of, reliable and current information to all employees, on all things Purity Life, that will be accessible 24/7
          anywhere, anytime! Visit it today.

          OfficeVibe
          As part of Purity Life’s continued commitment to our Value Statement: Purity will provide a rewarding and
          safe workplace for our employees and conduct business based on operational excellence, integrity,
          transparency, mutual respect and collaboration. An integral part to Purity Life’s success is that our
          employees’ are engaged and energized. We have selected a new interactive online survey that will allow us to
          measure that on a weekly basis!
          In September, 2015 Purity Life launched this new online employee engagement survey platform from OfficeVibe
          (a third party provider). OfficeVibe is a quick and easy five minute exercise. Contributing weekly will provide
          valuable data for improving our environment and growth opportunities. OfficeVibe will be responsible for
          consolidating information and providing results to management. It is important to remember that all information
          collected will be completely anonymous and confidential. There will be a comments section on each survey that
          you can express your opinions.
          Engagement is important; please complete these weekly surveys in a timely manner so that results will reflect
          information from all employees. Thank you for supporting our continuous improvements and contributing to
          making Purity Life a better workplace. We look forward to your ongoing responses!
