Diabetic Clarity

By lowering your AIC levels to a good level, you can lower your
chances of complications tied to diabetes (kidney damage or heart
               disease).

High blood pressure leads to an array of complications such as kidney
disease, stroke and other health problems. Diabetics should keep their
blood pressure within the 130/80 or lower range.

Be sure your doctor checks your blood pressure every time you visit. If
the reading is too high, the doctor may suggest ways to reduce it.

Cholesterol, such as LDL cholesterol, is a fat-like substance that
accumulates in the arteries. If your doctor notices the cholesterol
levels are excessively high, it means the arteries are narrowed.

This can cause a person to suffer from heart disease or have a heart
attack. Diabetics need to have a cholesterol level of 100 or less. Any
time your cholesterol level is higher than this, it’s important to
redefine the treatment plan that will lower it.
