That’s Crazy

I was fortunate to find an immediate replacement, Barbara. I had

met Barbara previously, on the Beltway circuit. I knew she was
professional, and she came into clean up our books. Sally had made a

complete mess of the books, another reason I had to terminate her. If
she could not figure things out, she would force wrong entries into the

          system.

It took Barbara two months to clean up the mess. We also had to

hire a bookkeeper and an administrative assistant as additional support

for Barbara. We were attempting to cut costs since we had just cut

had taken it upon herself to order another credit card in her name.
Unbeknownst to her, the credit card she ordered came to my house.

She was another who had to go. She had the nerve to continue to

use the company even after she was fired and was collecting
unemployment. We received a bill from Federal express where she was
shipping things under our account number. We stopped her

unemployment pay and threatened to bring charges against her if she
