I
finally had a loophole to get rid of one of the bimbos. When I

received the written lawsuit complaint from Tonya’s attorney I
used Tonya’s words to fire Melissa, because Tonya stated in the

complaint that Melissa knew of the sexual harassment since the day
after it supposedly happened in March. Tonya also stated that Jerome

had informed Melissa.

After convincing the attorneys of how disruptive she and the

other bimbo were to the business, they finally gave me the okay to fire
her ass. I used the fact that Melissa, as Tonya’s immediate supervisor,

did not report the continuous harassment even after Jerome was fired,

and she was fired based on her failure to report the alleged incident to
me.

Melissa was terminated by the end of the summer. It was a good
day for me because all of the conference coordinators were nothing

but bullies, and I had finally gotten rid of the number two bully.
Tyrone and I informed her of her termination, I gloated over her being
