I took on the role of conference manager for the conference and

I had less than two weeks to prepare for. Since I was coming in at

midstream, I had to try to get information from crazy Tonya, who was
having disappearing acts. She claimed she was under so much stress
with this lawsuit. She was taking days off, and I had to go through her

desk to find information on the conference. All the information

regarding the conference had disappeared. She was telling me that
someone from the office must have taken the information while she

was out sick.

One day, Ms. Tonya contacted me from the emergency room,

and she was trying to act like she was on her job, she had contacted
the hotel and been informed that she had been removed as the contact

person. I confirmed that was correct. It was mighty funny that heifer
was able to leave the emergency room and come to the office in less

than an hour after I told her she was no longer in charge of the
meeting.

She came to my office wanting to know what she should be doing

since I had taken over her conference. I told her not to worry I would
have a solution at the end of the day. I contacted our attorney and told
them that she was seriously detrimental to the business. I needed

options, she had to go. He told me I could place her on administrative
