                                   Transitioning

                   he first time I met Giselle was at TLM, and she saved my butt. I
                   knew I was a great salesman, hell, I sold Sara the idea that I could
                   bring  TLM,  3  million  dollars  in  commercial  contracts  in  six

              months. The first week I started I realized the mistake I had made,
              Sara failed to tell me she had no marketing materials which made it

              difficult for me to sell the services of TLM. I went to Giselle to see if
              she could assist me in developing some marketing materials for TLM.

              She informed me she had started her business CGS, and she showed
              me  the  marketing  materials  she  had  developed  for  CGS.  I  was

              immediately sold on CGS and Giselle, especially after she told me the
              real deal about TLM, and Sara's leadership was heading TLM out of

              business.

                  I began working part-time for CGS because I could see Giselle’s

              vision in growing CGS. She was able to guide me on how to market

              CGS services to our targeted audience. She also introduced me to her
