members would join me at METS.

I knew Sara was operating under desperation and was trying to

dog the brother. I quickly joined the METS team because I knew Sara

was trying to take all she could from him because she knew Michael
did not have a clue. I began feeding information on how he should
best negotiate against Sara and TLM. Sara was trying to negotiate 49%

of the contract, and I was guiding Michael to negotiate for less, they

ended up with 35% of the contract. I ended up going to the best and
final offer negotiation Michael had with the government.

After the negotiation, I received a call that night at home from
Sara wanting to meet with me first thing the next morning. I just knew

I had been busted, I contacted Michael and told him of the meeting,
and he promised he would not let me meet with them alone. I arrived

at TLM early the next morning and waited for Michael, I knew I was
not going in there alone to be ambushed. When Michael arrived, we

went upstairs to meet with Sara. Sara looked shocked to see Michael
with me, and she changed her whole game plan. She just wanted to

make sure we all were on the same page as far as the prime and
subcontracting roles were concerned. It was another tense meeting.
