              employees terrified of her. She had them thinking she had the ear of

              upper management and could have them fired at any given moment.
              She would constantly gossip about the staff, with the staff, and when

              confronted, she pretended she knew nothing; always acting as though
              she  was  the  innocent  one.  It  was  as  though  the  staff  became  her

              pawns. She would play each staff member like a chess piece. Giselle

              and I knew what she was doing. We could not break the bond between
              Shannon  and  Jerome.  They  were  tight  as  two  front  teeth!  Jerome

              wanted Shannon to act as his spy, so he could always have something
              over  each  staff  person.  He  was  all  about  loyalty,  real  or  forced.

              Shannon  continued  disrupting  the  office  daily,  everyone  was
              constantly arguing and mad. Jerome did his best to bring her in line,

              but the power went to her head.

                  But the stuff started to kick off when Diane, one of their sister-

              friends from Cox and Associates, contacted Giselle and told her if she
              ever saw Shannon again she would kick her ass. It's was getting ready

              to get real gutter up in here quick!

                  Giselle had told me how she, Diane, and Shannon had continued

              their relationship and would often have three-way conversations. She
              told me, many of the conversations were just about what was going

              on in their lives. Diane had separated from her husband and Shannon

              had continued an outside relationship with Diane’s husband.

                  Diane  told  Giselle  that  she  and  Shannon  were  on  the  phone

              discussing a guy Diane was dating while separated. Unbeknownst to
