and that she wanted to know when her number was coming up. If she
would do it to Diane, she knew she would do it to her. Shannon pulled
the best friend card then, kept telling Giselle she was her best friend
and she loved her; yada, yada, yada. She also informed Shannon that
she owned 51% of the company and she would close the company
down before she let her destroy it the way she was trying to do. Then
she told Shannon that her 51% outweighed Jerome' 44% and my 5%
and so whatever she was plotting she could never win. She got up and
immediately left.
Shannon immediately called me and Jerome and a half-hour later,
Jerome and I came into the office. Jerome decided to send all the
employees’ home for the rest of the day. We had already discussed on
the drive to the office, how we both were sick of this female crap and
we were going to have it out with both of them.
When we arrived, we went to the conference room to meet with
Shannon and Giselle. Jerome began by telling Shannon and Giselle
they needed to stop this “girl stuff” and he wanted to know why we
could not get along. Shannon then repeated to him what Giselle told
her in the office.
Giselle looked Shannon straight in the eye and told her "I never
said that to her" If she recalled, Giselle was meeting with all the
employees to discuss office etiquette. Giselle had played her game
back on her, I saw Shannon do an “exorcist head spin, split peas soup
spitting, Linda Blair” move. This was the first time I saw Shannon lose
