Diane, Shannon had her husband on a three-way call. A mutual friend

told Diane of the type of relationship Shannon had with her husband
and that Shannon was not her friend. Again....trifling!

Shannon would always tell me and Jerome about how Giselle was

running the company into the ground, at how we should save the
company by taking it over from Giselle, even though she was the
CEO. She would feed us all kinds of information about Giselle's so-

called incompetence. It made both me and Jerome suspicious of her

vision. Shannon even went as far as contacting the lawyers to see how
we could kick Giselle out.

Shortly, after Diane had told Giselle what happened with the
three-way conversation, my assistant told me that Shannon got called

into Giselle's office. I think it was then that Giselle finally started to
see through Shannon's bull crap! My assistant told me she heard

Giselle call Shannon on the speakerphone and informed her she
wanted to meet with her. My assistant said she was sitting back and

watching because this was the first time she had seen Shannon
nervous.

My assistant said she could not resist, so she stood outside of

Giselle's office and watched Shannon have a seat in front of Giselle's
desk. Then Boss Lady Thornburg began by telling her that she spoke
with Diane and knew what she had done with the three-way

conversation. Of course, Shannon denied she would ever do

something like that to Diane. Giselle told her she did not believe her
