         3.7 Performance & Compensation Reviews

Generally, performance reviews are completed annually and reviewed one on one with each employee. During formal
performance reviews, your Supervisor will consider the following things, among others:

                • Attendance, initiative and effort

                • Knowledge of your work/ Overall Performance/Training

                • Attitude and willingness/ Meeting Set Standards & Goals

The primary reason for performance reviews is to identify your strengths and weaknesses in order to reinforce your good
habits and develop ways to improve in your areas of weakness. This review also serves to make you aware of and to
document how your job performance compares to the goals and description of your job. This is a good time to discuss
         your interests and future goals.

Employees must be with the company 6 months prior to receiving an annual increase. Increases are given at the discre-
tion of the manager based on overall performance as outlined above and company performance. Having your compensa-
tion reviewed does not necessarily mean that an employee will be given an increase.

         3.8 Lunch Period
If you work longer than four (4) hours, you will be given an unpaid lunch period. The time when lunch periods are
scheduled varies among departments, depending on the needs of each department. You are expected to take your full-
allotted time for lunch, which is one hour for every employee.

You may leave the premises during your lunch period; however it is important to return to work on time at the end of
         your lunch period.
Breaks (generally 15 min. or less) are determined and allowed based on the needs of the business, your manager must
approve any breaks received. Breaks are not guaranteed.
