It is our company policy that the highest standards of dress, grooming and personal hygiene be maintained at all times.

It is important that you exercise proper judgments in your choice of work clothes and remember to conduct yourself at
all time in a way that best represents you and the Company. Each employee will be required to sign the Dress Code
acknowledgement form upon hire that describes the specific standards within the dress code policy.
All employees in uniformed positions must wear the appropriate uniform. Uniforms must be neat, and clean at all
times. No buttons, pins, patches, or ribbons may be attached to your uniform. Non-uniform employees are expected to
dress with good business taste consistent with the professionalism we seek to convey to our tenants.

Specifics for Employee Dress Code can be found in Policy IQ.
