•  Game Industry


                       The overall consumption value of the game industry has increased 19% with the

               distributor segment leading the growth due to the adoption of E-Sport in Thailand and abroad

               while production value shows a slight decrease of 5% Moreover, the game market is largely

               driven by consumption demands as the portion of distributor segment is significantly larger
               than the rest, resulting in the high number of imported games to meet consumer demands.

               The consumption value of the game industry far exceeds the production value with an overall

               consumption value of 19 billion baht where 19 billion-baht accounts for the import of game

               for domestic consumption while production only accounts for 718 million baht.

                       •  Character Industry


                       The overall consumption and production value of the character industry has increased

               16%  and  11%  respectively.  The  growth  of  the  character  industry  is  largely  driven  by

               consumption  demands  particularly  merchandising  based  on  imported  character  content.

               Additionally, production value is expected to grow as many creators have started to target

               chat platforms such as Line, Kakao Talk as potential markets.
