                       The digital content industry plays a key role and is integrated within various industries

               such as media and entertainment, education etc. Only as an animation Games and characters,

               Moreover, the digital content industry is driven by trends, consumer interests and behavior as
               well as technological development which are dynamic and constantly changing. The research

               shows that the overall digital content industry has grown 14% from 2016 and is expected to

               grow in the following years with the game and character industries leading the growth. Game

               is the most popular industry in the digital content industry and has the largest growth rate

               which is largely driven by the changes and development in technology that facilitates game
               content  creation  across  various  platforms.  Taking  the  demand  side  in  to  consideration,

               consumers are increasingly active in technological deployment particularly in the increasing

               use of  smart phones. Smart  phones  became  the main  platform for  gamers as  they are

               increasingly getting cheaper in price while technological advancements made smartphones

               become more efficient. The character industry also has a high potential to grow due to the

               increase in channels that facilitate character content creation for example, content created

               by IP owners are gaining in popularity and are widely used in chat platforms. Moreover,
               merchandising based on popular characters are also critical to the growth of IP owners in the

               character industry. The biggest contribution to the growth of the animation industry is the

               growth of the distributor segment through the creation of CG services or animation work for
