Phase Two – The Jelq
Choose a lubricant. Water-based lubricants are
easier to clean up, but will not provide lubrication as long as
the oil-based lubricants. Apply oil from the tip to the base of
a partially erect penis. With the hand of choice, use your
forefinger and thumb to form the “OK” sign. Firmly grasp
the base of penis and slide your hand to the tip. Once you
reach the tip, apply an “OK” symbol with the opposite hand.
Continue alternating hands for 15 minutes. Each hand
stroke should last up to two seconds. Continue to alternate
hands as you work up to 15 minutes.
Your penis may feel sore after the first few sessions,
but the warm cloth will assist with any discomfort. If you
cannot do 15 minutes initially, simply work up to it. The Jelq
exercise will permit the cavities of the penis which fill with
blood to produce erections to growth, to stretch or permit
more blood into the penis for larger erections. Repetition of
this exercise will result in a larger flaccid or erect penis.
Following the program is encouraged, if you wish to
see results in six to eight weeks. With four to six months
there will be significant changes in both length and girth.
Again, the changes will be evident when you are flaccid or
erect. Most of all, the changes are permanent without pills,
gadgets or surgeries. You should expect growth in girth and
length.
Initially, you may get very excited and want to
ejaculate while practicing the Jelq. If you feel as if you are
about to ejaculate, take a 30 second break. Lastly, if you
have loose skin on your penis, do not alternate the hands.
Use one hand to hold the loose skin and the other to
perform the stroke. After using the recommended
exercises, you may want to pull or stretch your penis in
different directions.
