HOUSES
Southfield
It has been a truly wonderful first year at
Southfield House for Miss Lindsell and our
new additions. The resident girls have gone
above and beyond in welcoming everyone,
offering genuine support to both staff and
students to help them feel happy, settled, and
confident in their new surroundings.
Throughout the year, the girls have embraced
a variety of house activities with enthusiasm
and spirit. From the energetic House Song
and themed House Event Days to a festive
Christmas trip to Bristol, the calendar has
been filled with memorable moments. We’ve
also enjoyed relaxed and fun-filled evenings
with BBQs, socials, bingo nights, and even an
Easter egg hunt that brought plenty of smiles.
It has been amazing to watch the girls grow
together, flourishing both academically and
pastorally. Their commitment, kindness,
and camaraderie have created a warm and
inclusive community. There has been much
laughter, shared experiences, and plenty of
hard work. We couldn’t be prouder of all
they’ve achieved.
St Anne’s
It’s been another brilliant year at St Anne’s in
Baltonsborough. We began strongly with excellent
House Sports performances and ended with a
proud third place in House Song. New students
quickly settled in, enjoying our beautiful grounds,
new gym, and vibrant house life. Students shone
academically and athletically, with standout 1st
XV football, and hockey successes. House life was
lively with football, tennis, basketball, and events
like casino night. Weekends were packed with
wood-fired pizza, burgers, and trips to Bath Rugby,
the cinema, and Rocket Padel. Congratulations
to our Upper Sixth students for their outstanding
leadership and achievements!
