2) The Graphic Designer- These sites are usually ‘cool looking’ and appealing to
the eye. Typically, they run slowly for the users, due to the heavy emphasis on

graphics and widgets. We find them very busy and void of any marketing punch.
They tend to not do well with the search engines and as a result, are not easily

               found by your potential customers.

               3) The Website Developer- Some of the smartest people in the world are website
programmers and developers. The sites they create are robust with creativity.
These folks get paid handsomely to invoke serious coding throughout the entire
site. Once built, you or anyone you hire to make updates to make a tweak, add a

page, or a picture takes a team of NASA engineers and a few forensic CIA
               members to figure it out.

The common shortfall and thread between these three site builder personalities is

their inability to keep the main thing, the main thing.

That is, to get your website to do the work for you - to inform, educate and

ultimately facilitate the decision to get people to buy from you.

When building or re-designing your website, focus on two things:

                   1. User experience, and
                   2. Lead Generation

You must use your site to get your visitor to ‘raise their hand’ and to let you know
they were there with your low risk lead generators and free stuff. At Profit
Partners we like to say “If you can’t give it away, you can’t sell it!”. Remember
that when re-working your website and the importance of giving folks lots of

               samples and giveaways online.

Another consideration is to make sure your website is built on what is called a
responsive platform. A couple years ago, most people came to your website from

a computer from either home or work.

As this book is being written today, 67% of all website traffic is coming to your site
via handheld devices like smartphones, tablets or all-in-ones. You must make sure
your website is ‘responsive’ and automatically and adjusts depending upon the

               visitor's screen size and device.

By having a responsive website you are assured of giving your visitors the best
