Quote (9) :
“That which does not kill us, makes us stronger.”
Friedrich Nietzsche
scars A hidden smile
In this quote by Friedrich Nietzsche, the main character is a young, vibrant and confi-
dent woman with scars on her face. They are not bleeding, but instead are a ferle
ground for blooming flowers to come through. She is not hesitant to show them off.
They have taught her a lot and are the reason she is the strong independant woman
she is today. The dark trees in the back are represenve of the past that she is now
over. I have spelled the word “wound” in arabic leers. The reason for chosing the
nude color for the word is because it has now become a part of her body and being.
She will not look at her scars as a seperate part of her body but yet as a definion of
who she now has become. This quote design was to promote self love and not be
shalowed by how a woman’s body should be flawless to the public.
Looks of fear and regret
Quote (10) :
“I want to write a novel about Silence. The things people don’t say.”
Virginia Woolf
Book many words behind
transparent woman
In this quote by Virginia Wolf, i set the main characters to be woman as i would like
to handle the subject of bullying and woman abuse which as we know is growing
bigger and spreading wider because women dont speak up and stand for their rights
of being respected and not judged or abused verbally and physically. On the right
boom corner i have placed images of four different women. I have lowered the
opacity and showed words behind them. This is to show that they are transparent
and have many words to say but are afraid to do so. Behind the broken wall is a green
field with a large novel in the middle. This novel reads the word “express” in arabic
leers and a young girl is running happily towards it. The reason for choosing a
young girl is to raise awarness to that age and not let them follow the path of those
before them. Speaking up and not being afraid of what you have been through is
what young girls should be taught to prevent harm and abuse. This quote design was
to promote woman to speak up loudly against abuse wether verbal or physical and
not be afraid to ask for help.
