Extra lean ground meat, free range eggs, eggwhites,
poultry, lean red meat (top sirloin, bison, horse),
pork, chicken/turkey/back bacon (without
preservatives/nitrates) Organic non-fat plain greek/
0% yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese, skim milk cheese
(purchase cheese that contains no more than 17%
MF), all fish, whey protein isolate (fast-digesting),
casein protein powder (slow- releasing) *Any high
quality meat that contains no more than 10g of fat
per 100g & at least 20g of protein: salmon being an
exception, as this is good fat! *Try your best to buy
organic (antibiotic/hormone free) meat as much as
possible 20
