WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE
Consuming whey protein before exercise boosts the amount of calories your body burns
for up to 24-48 hours after training. Finishing your training session off with another
serving of whey will increase recovery of your body and mind from stress produced from
training. It can also be used as part of your meals on non-training days, and also
provides immune boosting properties (naturally occurring glutathione: strong
antioxidant). Consume specifically pre and post workout. *Promotes protein synthesis: a
very important process in muscle building.
