Let's now take a look at a less obvious example:
2 eggs with broccoli and cauliflower, so what's wrong here?
Well, we are missing a source of fat, and there is an insufficient amount of first class protein. 2 eggs only supply a total
of 12g of protein. You want at least 20g or more based on your body weight.
The easiest way we can do this is to add 1/2 cup of egg whites in addition to the 2 eggs. Seeing as there is missing a
source of fat, you can actually just cook your vegetables in a tsp. of coconut oil.
With all the adjustments made, this helps keep you more full, satiated and your blood sugar levels balanced.
