question…The first thing you must do is not to improve him, but to improve yourself.”

The management of self is critical. Without it, leaders may do more harm than good.
The leader is a key to everything in the center of an organization who is
solving problems, inspiring people, sharing the information, directing the right way,
keeping in touch with cooperators, and developing themselves as well. One of the most
important for a leader is self-development through positive regard. Because the leader
is like a medical doctor. When the physicians or medical doctors themselves are
incompetent, how can they cure the patience’s disease? On the other hand, if they are
proficient in both theoretical and practical, the patience certainly will be remediable.
For the most part, the leaders emphasized their strengths and tend to soft-
pedal or minimize their weaknesses. It does not mean that they aware of personal
weaknesses but rather that they didn’t harp on them. It may be easier to say what
positive self-regard isn’t than what it is. To begin with, it is not a crowing self-
importance or egoistic self-centeredness that we have in mind. Nor is it what’s
ordinarily meant by a “narcissistic character.” There was no trace of self-worship or

cockiness in leaders.
Sean Buranahiran: Author and YouTuber: “Think of this way: if you and
your friend are hanging off the edge of a cliff, it would be difficult for you to help him
while you too are hanging. It’s easier for you to help pull him up after you’ve climbed
up first. So, take the time to develop yourself, and when you are strong enough you can

come back to help your friend more effectively.” A leader is one of the ordinary with
the extraordinary talent and effort among the team member. Thus, on the way that he is
trying to lead his team, employee, and his cooperators, he must be strong and confidant
to walk in his journey first. Imagine this, one wants to across the dangerous river. So,
what is the first thing he must prepare across it? May be the first thing must conceive
