Brain Tracy: A YouTuber: There are seven essential qualities for all great
leaders. He presents that there are more than fifty qualities of leadership but these seven

skills seem to be stand out and more important than the others. They are vision, courage,
integrity, humility, strategic planning, focus on results, and focus on strengths.

Adam Enfroy : A blogger share his idea with eleven qualities of leaderships
that “whether running one’s own business or leading teams in an office setting, the best

leaders require a strong set of leadership qualities to help positively interact with their
employees, team members, and clients. The most important qualities of a good leader

include Communication, integrity, accountability, empathy, humility, resilience, vision,

influence, positivity, delegation and confidence.

Integrity: means alignment of words and actions with inner values. It means
sticking to these values even when an alternative path may be easier or more

advantageous.

A leader with integrity can be trusted and will be admired for sticking to

strong values. They also act as a powerful model for people to copy, thus building an
entire organization with powerful and effective cultural values.

Dedication: means spending whatever time and energy on a task is required
to get the job done, rather than giving it whatever time one have available.

The work of most leadership positions is not something to do ‘if time’. It
means giving your whole self to the task, dedicating oneself to success and to leading

others.
