are “six E” that great leaders do. It does not mean that a successful leader always do

only these six E in every day. But they embrace them as their clothes and protect them
to become successful in next steps. His six E is envision, enlist, embody, evaluate and

encourage.

Alexus Francis, YouTuber: There are six essential that teacher need to
observe in order to become an effective teacher. They are positive, organized, prepared,
clear, active and patient. One of the explanations from her presentation is ‘Large

enough to see, neat enough to read and don’t stand in the way.’ As a powerful leader

no need to stand on the way to protect their power and position. But some leader still
has that mindset no one can across this way when they are standing there. If so, the

collages will change another leader who can pave the way converting them to become
more successful in life.

Jo Owen: the author of the book, “The Leadership Skills Handbook 100
Essential Skills You Need to Be a Leader.” Mainly he focusses on business leaders how

to lead team and company, how to persuade customers, and how to make business grow.
This book divided into 10 parts: mindset skills, career skills, people skills,

organizational skills and so on. As summarize of every leadership skill in this book are

positive, responsibility, courage, honesty, self-awareness, principles, understanding
self and others, delegating, motivating, coaching, valuing, managing, power, trust,

reading, writing, presenting, storytelling, listening, solving problems, making
decisions, setting goals, reorganization, developing team, influencing, negotiations,

review, creating a vision, discussion and leading. And also ‘helping the other’ he

expressed that “helping others succeed is a great way to help yourself succeed.”
