a  departmental  function  within  a  broader  corporate  function.  Develops  major  goals  to
                         support  broad  functional  objectives.  Proposes  policies  developed  within  various  sub
                         functions and units.

                  D.     Senior High School Principal

                                 The  SHS  Principal  is  a  member  of  the  Executive  Member  Committee.  He/she
                         oversee the operations of the senior high school, create a safe learning environment, set
                         performance goals both for students and teachers, and oversee the process so that those
                         goals are attained. He/she supervise the teachers and education staff and keep track of
                         student  performance.  The  SHS  Principal  also  research  and  acquire  new  materials  and
                         resources to improve the experience of both students and teachers.

                  E.     Basic Education School (PS/GS/JHS) Vice Principal

                                 The  BES  Principal  is  a  member  of  the  Executive  Member  Committee.  He/she
                         oversee the operations of the  pre-school, grade school and junior high school, create a
                         safe  learning  environment,  set  performance  goals  both  for  students  and  teachers,  and
                         oversee the process so that those goals are attained. The Principal supervise the teachers
                         and education staff, keep track of student performance, and also do research and acquire
                         new materials and resources to improve the experience of both students and teachers.

                  F.     Head of the Student Development and Services and Student Affairs Office

                                 Supervise  and  coordinate  the  work  of student  services departments  and  staff.
                         Oversee  the  administration  of  the  budget  for  extracurricular  activities, student  services,
                         and events. Coordinate times, locations, and logistics for student activities, meetings, and
                         events.  The  position  reports  directly  to  the  School  Director  and  the  Executive  Vice
                         President.

                  G.     Administrative Services Director


                                 The  Administrative  Services  Director  is  a  member  of  the  Executive  Management
                         Committee.  He  will  assist  the  Executive  Vice  President  and  School  Director  in  the
                         operations and strategic planning of the school as it relates to resource planning, budget
                         planning  and  administration,  human  resource  utilization,  policy  administration,  and
                         coordination and negotiation of activities with other departments and administration.

                  H.     Executive Management Committee Secretary
                         The responsibilities of the Secretary of the Executive Management Committee:
                            i.   Ensuring meetings are effectively organized and minuted
                            ii.   Liaising with the School Director to plan meetings
                           iii.   Receiving agenda items from committee members
                           iv.   Circulating agendas and reports
