Your eating plan for this type of diet programme

        Here we are showcasing a whole day’s worth of eating plans, so that you can
        see what a full day looks like. All the meals except for dinner and lunch would
        be suitable for strict vegans. In both cases, ingredients may be omitted or
        substituted, which are indicated on the plan.

        Breakfast: apple & cinnamon smoothie

        ½ teaspoon vanilla essence

        ½ apple, cored

        1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


        500ml soy milk

        ½ avocado

        5 ice cubes

        Blend till smooth
