Snack

        6 walnuts & 4 strips of dried mango

        Lunch: power smoothie

        250ml soy milk


        125ml low fat vanilla yoghurt (lose this and increase soy milk to 500ml if you
        are a strict vegan, or use 250ml of almond milk instead)


        ½ cup sliced papaya

        1 tablespoon lemon juice

        4 mint leaves

        ½ knob of ginger

        5 ice cubes

        Blend till smooth
