Note: Cinnamon is packed with goodness, as it is filled with anti-oxidants. It
has anti-inflammatory properties and assists with reducing the risk of heart
disease.
Avos are delicious and will help you feel fuller for longer, cutting cravings
during the day and preventing over-eating. Adding avo to a smoothie will not
only make it creamier, but will also give you extra vitamin E, essential fatty
acids and anti-oxidants for your diet.
