employees in organizations working with young people without work and to support
NEETs.

Forming partnerships in consortium and invite organizations, to join partnership and
attend a study visit to Norway.

Disseminate IPS - Individual Placement and Support - a systematic follow-up method
with a standardized and methodology based on a manual.

Individual job support focuses on helping people out in regular, paid work rather than
longer clarification and qualification in, for example, sheltered measures, before
entering the ordinary work life.

The model proposes formalized and integrated interaction between the municipality, the
specialist health service and The State Work and Welfare Administration.

The IPS-methodology is based on 8 principles:

- Anyone wishes to work can attend.

- The goal is always regular job.

- IPS is an integral part of a mental health team.

- Individual customized financial advice in transition from benefits / benefits to work.

- Job Search starts right away and no later than 1 month.

- Job searches are based on the participant's interests and skills.

- The job specialist develops relationships with the employer based on the person's
wishes.

- The follow-up is unlimited in time and individually adapted .

At study visit to Norway we will train the IPS trainers and strengthen collaboration in
transnational partnership. Group will consist of professionals from countries eligible for
funding under this call.

Train the trainers workshops will be further conducted in beneficiary countries.
