CALL FOR PROPOSALS - CONCEPT NOTE
What are the project’s main expected results (outcomes and outputs) and how will they benefit
the selected target groups/end beneficiaries? How will the outcomes and outputs be measured?
How will project activities lead to outputs, and how will outputs contribute to outcomes?
How will the project’s results contribute to the support area overall?
Formed partnership of organizations and professionals will strengthen transnational
cooperation and increase their capacity by sharing IPS knowledge and best practices.
Increased capacity of counselors achieved through study visit, training and workshops to
conduct IPS will foster IPS introduction in beneficiary countries. IPS approach trainers will
spread their knowledge and will be able to advise on the introduction of the IPS method.
EYTP will be a tool helping professionals to recruit, enroll and retain NEETS in counselling.
EYTP will support IPS services by enabling cooperation among all actors involved and
supporting IPS implementation processes.
EYTP an interactive, user-centered app for young will help NEETs in finding employment. The
data provided through the app will be tracked and monitored by a mentoring team ready to
provide personalized support and immediate assistance when required.
Dissemination of IPS method in beneficiary countries will be useful for policy planners and
service providers to implement IPS.
Implementing IPS in beneficiary countries will help NEETs integrating into the competitive
workforce.
Results framework
The project idea submitted under this call is based on hypotheses about how change is
expected to take place. These hypotheses are commonly known as the intervention logic. The
intervention logic is the story of how the input (resources) will be converted into project
activities, how activities will produce/deliver specific outputs, what effect those outputs are likely
to have on the direct target group (outcomes), and in turn, which longer-term societal effects the
outcomes can contribute to (impact). The intervention logic should be made as explicit as
possible, and it should be apparent in the results framework – a more elaborate presentation of
the results chain. It needs to be tentatively outlined in this concept note.
