            Order taker    :  Good morning. Order taker with Sarah. How may I help you?
                              [Selamat pagi. Order taker dengan Sarah. Ada yang bisa saya bantu?]
            Customer       :  How much does it cost to get laundry done here?
                              [Berapakah harga untuk melaundry di sini?]
            Order taker    : Well,  we  have  regular  service,next  day  service,  and  express  service.  Laundry
                              prices can be seen on the laundry list in your room.
                              [Kami memiliki regular service, next day service, dan emergency service. Harga
                              laundry bisa dilihat pada laundry list di kamar anda.]
            Customer       : Alright. What’s the difference between the three services?
                              [Baik. Apa perbedaan dari ketiga layanan tersebut? ]
            Order taker    : The regular one is collected before 10. AM and returned on the same day. Next
                              day service is collected after 10 AM and will be returned the next day. Express
                              service is a service in a very short time between 1-3 hours with an additional cost
                              of 100% of the standard price.
                              [Regular  service  pakaian  dikumpulkan  sebelum  jam  10  pagi  dan  dikembalikan
                              pada hari yang sama. Next day service pakaiannya diambil setelah jam 10 pagi
                              dan  akan  dikembalikan  pada  hari  berikutnya.  Express  service  yaitu  pelayanan
                              dalam waktu yang sangat singkat antara 1-3 jam dengan penambahan biaya 100%
                              dari harga standar.]
            Customer       : Oh, I see. I will take the express service then.
                              [Oh, baiklah. Saya akan ambil express service kalau begitu.]
            Order taker    : Alright, may I know your name and your room number please?
                              [Baiklah. Boleh saya tahu nama dan nomor kamar anda?]
            Customer       : David, the room number is 325.
                              [David, nomor kamar 325.]
            Order taker    : Anything else Mr. David?
                              [Ada lagi Tuan David?
            Customer       : No, I think that all.
                              [Tidak, saya rasa sudah cukup.]
            Order taker    : Wait  a  moment  Sir,  I  will  contact  valet  service  and  take  the  laundry  to  your
                              room.
                              [Tunggu sebentar Tuan, saya akan menghubungi petugas valet dan mengambilkan
                              cucian ke kamar Anda.]
            Customer       : Yes, I will waiting.
                              [Iya, saya tunggu.]
            Order taker    :  If you need something please call us by dial number 1 from your telephone.
                              [Jika anda memerlukan sesuatu hubungi kami dengan tekan nomor 1 di telepon
                              Anda.]
            Customer       : Thank you for your service.
                              [Terimakasih atas pelayanannya.]
            Order taker    : Your welcome and have a nice day.
