thinking about miserable and unfavourable events in the past. Similarly, instead of
assertively hoping and expecting for good and happy events in future life, he always
worries and imagines about unfavourable events that he may face in his future life. So
also, instead of appreciating and admiring others, Man is engrossed in criticising and
making fun of others as well as envying, hating and condemning others.
"People lacking common sense are always on the forefront in criticizing and
defaming others for the simple reason that criticizing others is the only thing which does
not require any common sense"
Similarly, instead of helping others and being grateful to others, he is ungrateful
for the favours he receives from others and even harms them. Due to this type of
continuous and harmful habitual thinking, Man according to the universal law of 'As you
think, so you become,' makes his life miserable and chaotic. However, if he is wise
enough, he will understand that this universal law of nature, bestows on him the freedom
to change the course of his life. Therefore remembering this important law of nature,
Man must initially acquire the skill of observing good and evil thoughts that occur in his
mind. Generally negative thinking in his mind such as worries, anxieties, sorrows,
disappointments, regrets, fear, hatred, anger, jealousy are causing havoc in Man's life,
as a result of which he experiences corresponding pattern of a miserable and distressful
life. On the other hand, if Man acquires the skill of entertaining in his mind healthy,
harmonious, positive thoughts such as of happiness, contentment, delight, peace,
prosperity, enthusiasm, he will experience corresponding pattern of a healthy, happy,
prosperous and successful life. Thus, Man alone is totally responsible for achieving
beautiful or miserable life and God is not involved in any way whatsoever. People must
realise that God does not bless or punish Man, as is generally believed by them. They
must also realise that God does not even interfere or intervene in any way in Man's life.
JEEVANVIDYA further states that
"God is neither hard hearted nor kind nor does He show compassion nor showers
blessings on anybody. The so called God or omnipotent cosmic life force, which is only
one for all the people of all the religions in the world, does not bless or curse anybody".
The truth in this context is that, Man receives favourable or unfavourable reactions
according to the universal laws of nature, for the good or evil actions that he performs on
the three levels of thought, speech and deed."
Man must therefore realise that he alone is mainly responsible for the blessings
and curses that he receives in his life, in response to his good or evil actions. Therefore,
