beliefs, superstitions, opinions and fears of mankind. Instead begin to believe in the

Methods to become Happy
Briefly, in the present fast computer age, common people neither have time, nor
energy, nor adequate finance to perform various religious rites and rituals. Hence the
question arises, "Is there any suitable method to make the common people happy?''
JEEVANVIDYA has an effective answer to this question. As stated earlier, Man performs
good or evil actions at the three levels of thoughts, speech and deeds through which his
harmonious or harmful destiny is created. Auspicious destiny becomes responsible for
Man's happiness, success and peace while inauspicious destiny is responsible for his
miseries, failures and sufferings. Auspicious destiny is created by beautiful thoughts,
pleasant words and harmonious deeds, while inauspicious destiny is created by evil
thoughts, bitter words and disharmonious deeds. Hence the royal road to happiness is to
constantly create auspicious destiny through good and meritorious actions. JEEVANVIDYA
observes that,
"Just as a bird requires two wings to fly happily in the the sky, similarly Man needs
the worldly life as well as the spiritual life to live peacefully and gracefully in this world.''
Every person in the world is in search of bliss or happiness, but he miserably fails
to achieve this objective. JEEVANVIDYA observes that,
"Columbus reached America in his attempt to discover India, similarly in his efforts
to search peace and happiness Man reaches the land of chaos and misery.''
Here a question may arise, "How can Man experience the bliss within him? The
following are the five main methods to experience this bliss.
1) Bliss can be experienced by going into a state of deep meditation or the
state of Samadhi, (समाधी).
2) Bliss can be experienced by Namasmaran or constantly remembering God.
3) Bliss can be experienced through the royal path of attaining self realisation
by meditation on the Self itself.
4) Bliss in the form of happiness, can be experienced from the external worldly
objects.
5) Bliss in the form of peace and happiness can be experienced, in the very
process of making others happy.
