ARTICLE 6

BUSINESS MEETINGS

Section 1 Quarterly Meetings

Business meetings will be held quarterly. At each Quarterly meeting, the day and date of the
next business meeting shall be determined by the Organization members in attendance.

Section 2 Legislative Conference

The APFF Shall meet in February in the odd years for a Legislative Conference. The exact date
will be set by the Legislative Chairperson and the Executive Committee no later than three
weeks before the conference. This Conference shall be held in the state capital of Little Rock.

Section 3 Educational Conference

The APFF Shall meet in February in the even numbered years for an Educational Conference.
The dates shall be set in the odd numbered years by the delegation at the annual convention. A
business meeting shall also be held during this conference. The conference will be held in Little
Rock Arkansas.

ARTICLE 7

REVENUES

Section 1 Fiscal Year

The fiscal year of the Organization shall be June 1 through May 31.

Section 2 Payment of Dues
