Locate and repair
TACHOMETER INOPERATIVE DIAGNOSTICS
NO open in orange/white wire between back of tachometer and con- nector [38C].

Remove back of tachometer and turn key to the ON position. Check for bat- tery voltage at O/W wire on back of tachometer. Is battery voltage present?
