5.2.10 Clock Fail

                   Example: Intel
                   P35-DS3 identified by:

                   01. Post code C1.
                   02. CPU Socket PIN bent
                   03. FSBSEL2 fail (FSBSEL2 should be pulled low by CPU for 200MHz setting)
                   Signal Explanation:
FSBSEL2; Frequency Select Signals for FSB this signals are used to select the

frequency of the processor input clock (BCLK [1:0]). The required frequency is
determined by the processor, chipset, and clock synthesizer. All agents must operate at
the same frequency. The Pentium 4 processor in the 775 -land package currently

operates at a 533 MHz or 800 MHz FSB frequency (selected by a 133 MHz or 200 MHz
                   BCLK [1:0] frequency).
Because clock setting fails, so system lock up and post code C1. Clock generator fail
would also cause the same problem. Please also check FSBSEL0~2, BSEL166_0~3 for
                   this issue.
