Signal Explanation:
ICHCLK14; Oscillator Clock: Used for 8254 timer and ACPI timer and high-precision
event timers. Only stopped in S3 ~ S5 based on SLP_S3# assertion.
Because the timer of SB can’t work, so System lock up and post code C1.
