only to what we have seen. Yet you do not accept our testimony. If I have told
you about earthly things and you do not believe how then will you believe me if I
tell you about heavenly things? The wind blows where it pleases. You hear its
sound but you do not know when it comes and where it goes. Nicodemus said
how can these things be? Jesus said to him I say to you if a man is not born
again he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus said to him, how can an old
man be born again? Can he enter again a second time into his mother’s womb
and be born? Jesus said I say to you, if a man is not born of water and the Spirit,
he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. What is born of flesh is flesh; and what
is born of the spirit is spirit. Do not be surprised because I have told you that you
all must be born again.

Parable Two Men

He spoke this parable two men went up to the Synagogue to pray, one a
Pharisee, and the other a tax collector. The Pharisee stood at a distance from the
Publican and prayed oh God I give thanks to you that I am not an adulterer. I
have not extorted any one. I was not born into and important family and not like
this Publican. I fast twice a week. I give tithes on everything I earn. The Publican
stood afar off and he would not even lift up his eyes to heaven but atoned and
regretted, saying Lord will you be merciful to me a sinner. I say to you that this
man went down to his house more righteous than the Pharisee. Everyone who
glorifies himself he will not be glorified and everyone who is does not glorify
himself will be glorified. You must be born again.
