Persona Development

The research conducted had provided several personality
traits and major user needs. Based on the findings from
stakeholder map exercise during interviews, creating
relevant personas was the next step. These would later be
used in scenarios for the shortlisted ideas and ultimately
lead to the delivery of final solution. Several persona
hypotheses were created which can be seen in the figure.
