The Voice of DDS

 Very soon when customers call the DDS
 Contact Center, they will hear a new
 voice – that of Adam Oglesbee,
 Regulatory Compliance Field Division.
 Adam is the winner of the Voice of DDS
 contest and has been very busy recording
 a variety of IVR messages for those who
 contact us. Over 50 team members
 expressed interest and 24 actually
 submitted audio recordings to be
 considered for becoming our new Voice.
 Adam was the clear winner in the end.
 Congratulations to Adam!
