M/s NCC was asked categorically to engage such a agency for this work who is
having sufficient knowledge, experience, manpower and advanced machinery
and technology in this field.

9 Accordingly, M/s NCC had entrusted the work to M/s Matte and Associates
who has having the experience of dismantling of Lalbagh Bridge of Mumbai
and many other Sky Scrapers and who is also world level prize winner in this
field.

M/s Matte and Associates has prepared and showed through slide show, the
complete procedure which they are comfortable to adopt along with details

of machineries and equipment which are going to be engaged for the work

After freezing the dates, predatory plan was prepared (Day 20 to Day 1),
Similarly day wise activity schedule for 15 days work programme is finalised.
11 The activity plan booklet was prepared and circulated to all the concerned
officers.

Final notification for diversion of Traffic and declaration of ‘No Parking’ area
12 was issued by ACP traffic Nagpur City on 27.10.2016

Notice to all local Residents for parking their vehicles and issue of Parking
13 passes served. Annexure –

Inspection of route to finalise the location of Signage Boards is done by all
14 higher management like MD, DP, CPM, CRE of the NMRCL. Annexure ( )

Details of sign and caution boards for their fabrication was given to M/s NCCL
15 on 05.11.2016
