10-108 Wear ANSI-approved cutting goggles when cutting with a torch.
Never substitute safety glasses for approved cutting goggles
10-109 If you are welding near another welder, setup a protective welding
screen between you and the other welder. Wear safety glasses under
your shield or helmet.
10-110 Wear welding gloves when welding. When you are welding overhead
wear leather sleevelets and/or leather jackets. Never wear polyester
or synthetic materials/clothing when welding or cutting. You should
also wear earplugs as an added protection when cutting or welding
overhead.
